Cultural Immersion Activities
Each afternoon students will participate in a different activity or event designed to get them out of the classroom and into the community.
This includes the following:
- Events (game night, movie night, dances)
- Shopping
- City tours
- Guest DJ on the university radio program
- Rock climbing
- Local arts
Regional Excursions
- World-famous Las Vegas: city tour and experience
- World-famous Zion National Park: light hiking, sightseeing, lunch, and dinner
- Local State Park Snow Canyon: light hiking, sightseeing, and picnic.
- Dixie State University Mountain Cabin: overnight stay, sledding (weather permitting)
